Privacy policy
Jinova Systems operates on a static-first architecture. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising scripts on this site.
Information we collect
We only collect information you provide directly:
- Direct correspondence. Email addresses and message contents you send to
hello@jinovasystems.comor via the contact form. - Infrastructure logs. Basic access logs retained briefly by our edge providers for abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to inbound enquiries and support requests.
- To maintain the security and reliability of our infrastructure.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing.
Retention and deletion
We do not maintain a marketing database. You can request permanent deletion of
your communication history at any time by emailing
hello@jinovasystems.com.
Third parties
Our infrastructure relies on Cloudflare for edge delivery and standard email-provider services. These vendors process limited connection data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
AI assistant
The chat widget on this site is built with Llama (Meta's open-weights model
family) and runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. When you send a
message, the page POSTs your message and up to the last ten turns of the
current conversation to /api/chat on jinovasystems.com, which
calls the model and streams the reply back.
- Messages live only in your browser tab and are lost when you close it. We do not log or store conversations on our side.
- Cloudflare may process the request as part of running the model. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for what they retain.
- The assistant is grounded with public information about Jinova Systems. It can be wrong. For anything that needs to be exact, email
