Social Media Automation Pipeline

Automated content posting, engagement, and performance tracking

The problem

Running multiple brands (JapaneseCompass, GoShizen, KokoroLinks) means managing content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement metrics across platforms manually. This doesn't scale — posts get missed, replies lag, and there's no single view of what content drives results.

The approach

We built an internal pipeline that handles the full content lifecycle: scheduled posting from a content queue, automated engagement tracking (likes, comments, saves, shares), and a lightweight dashboard that aggregates metrics across all brands and platforms. Content is drafted in batches, queued with publish dates, and dispatched automatically. The dashboard flags high-performing posts and engagement drops so we can adjust strategy weekly instead of guessing.

Outcomes
  • Consistent daily posting across 3 brands with zero manual publishing
  • Engagement response time reduced from hours to minutes
  • Single dashboard for cross-brand content performance
  • Content planning moved from reactive to batched weekly cycles
