Running multiple brands (JapaneseCompass, GoShizen, KokoroLinks) means managing content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement metrics across platforms manually. This doesn't scale — posts get missed, replies lag, and there's no single view of what content drives results.
We built an internal pipeline that handles the full content lifecycle: scheduled posting from a content queue, automated engagement tracking (likes, comments, saves, shares), and a lightweight dashboard that aggregates metrics across all brands and platforms. Content is drafted in batches, queued with publish dates, and dispatched automatically. The dashboard flags high-performing posts and engagement drops so we can adjust strategy weekly instead of guessing.
- Consistent daily posting across 3 brands with zero manual publishing
- Engagement response time reduced from hours to minutes
- Single dashboard for cross-brand content performance
- Content planning moved from reactive to batched weekly cycles
